How accessibility is considered

Accessibility in digital learning

TS4 considers accessibility when designing eLearning, videos, simulations, presentations, downloadable resources and assessments.

Third-party platforms and content

Some features may rely on external platforms or tools. Where practical, TS4 selects and configures these with accessibility in mind.

Known limitations

Older content, third-party embeds or external documents may not always provide the same level of accessibility as newer TS4-designed content.

Accessibility feedback and alternative formats

If you experience difficulty accessing information or require another reasonable format, please contact TS4 and explain what you were trying to access.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility evolves as technology, standards and user needs change, so TS4 treats it as an ongoing design and quality consideration.
