These terms govern use of the TS4 Training website. Consultancy, digital learning and training assignments are also governed by the proposal, statement of work, booking terms or contract agreed for that engagement.

The terms below cover access to public website content, acceptable use, intellectual property, external links and general website availability.

Commissioning TS4

Specific deliverables, fees, payment stages, review rounds, dates, cancellations, ownership and licences should be stated in the written agreement for each project or programme. If there is a conflict, that signed agreement takes priority for the engagement.

Unless an engagement agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where relevant.
