Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the TS4 Training website. Consultancy, digital learning and training assignments are also governed by the proposal, statement of work, booking terms or contract agreed for that engagement.

Website use and paid services are different
Using this website
The terms below cover access to public website content, acceptable use, intellectual property, external links and general website availability.
Commissioning TS4
Specific deliverables, fees, payment stages, review rounds, dates, cancellations, ownership and licences should be stated in the written agreement for each project or programme. If there is a conflict, that signed agreement takes priority for the engagement.
About this website
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. TS4 may update the website and these terms; the reviewed date identifies the current version.
Information, not professional advice
Public content is provided for general information. It should not be treated as medical, legal, regulatory or other specialist advice, or as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Course descriptions and availability may change.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, interfere with its operation, scrape content unlawfully or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, TS4 or its licensors own the website content, design, learning materials, graphics and associated intellectual property. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal evaluation, but must not reproduce, sell, republish or adapt them without written permission.
Links and third-party services
Links to external websites are supplied for convenience. TS4 does not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices. A link does not automatically imply endorsement.
Availability and liability
TS4 aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all public content is complete and current. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Service enquiries and contracts
A website enquiry does not create a contract. Work begins only when the applicable proposal, booking or contract requirements are satisfied. Project-specific terms should cover scope, responsibilities, approvals, payment, changes, cancellation, confidentiality, data protection and ownership.
Governing law
Unless an engagement agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where relevant.
Before publication
These website terms are a carefully structured working draft, not a substitute for legal advice. TS4 should have them reviewed alongside its actual sales process, cancellation rules, payment terms, company details and insurance position.
